1. Subscription Cancellations

Clients may cancel their monthly recurring services at any time by providing a written notice of 30 days. This notice period is required to ensure proper offboarding, transition of assets, and termination of active campaigns without causing damage to the client's digital presence.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate allocation of resources, labor, and ad spend upon commencement, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered or within the current billing cycle. Exceptions may be made strictly at the discretion of Oley Power Marketing management.
